As many people I have tried a couple different methods for weight lose. My Co-worker had to put up with me for months asking question until I decided to give this a try.
I just moved to my second prescription, so I am now at 5mg. I supposed I am about 8 weeks in and things are going well.
I found the biggest thing I had to do to be successful was change my habits. I am a very "schedule" oriented person so for the first couple of weeks; I would still eat breakfast, lunch and dinner at the same time, while I was eating less and losing weight, I was still eating because it was time, not because I was hungry, per say.
I have since made a change to my "schedule". I bring an apple to work with me and eat it when I get hungry. Some might call it my security blanket that I have food if I need it but it works for me.
I have started to lose a little faster and some days I don't lose anything, and every once in a while I gain. But I have started to feel better and become a little more active.
I would love to hear how others are doing. Or maybe that isn't what this forum was for. I thought I would give it a shot.

Hi!! So glad you are here!! I am schedule oriented as well, so I completely understand!! Walking is a great way to add in extra movement. So happy for you that you are already started to feel better!
