100-Day Update

đȘ Total Weight Lost:Â 38.5 lbs
đŻGoal: 10 more pounds to hit my first milestone, then setting a new goal of 30 more to reach a ânormalâ BMI.
My Journey:
On August 11, I took my doctorâs advice and committed to getting in shape. I cut out alcohol, âbadâ carbs, added sugars, and processed foods. I started working out daily and prioritizing better sleep.
Three weeks ago, I had new bloodwork done, and the results were life-changing: my doctor took me off blood pressure medication, and all my numbers are drastically improving.
Some days are toughâmy workouts leave me sore, and itâs challenging to be around social settings with partyingâbut Iâm adapting.
The quality of life improvements make every challenge worth it!
Unexpected Wins
My blood pressure is down 32 points (now 118/80), and Iâm officially off all blood pressure meds.
Iâve gone from moderate-to-heavy drinking to completely quitting alcohol.
My sleep apnea and snoring have disappearedâmy wife confirmed this about three weeks ago!
