100-Day Update
💪 Total Weight Lost: 38.5 lbs
🎯Goal: 10 more pounds to hit my first milestone, then setting a new goal of 30 more to reach a “normal” BMI.
My Journey:
On August 11, I took my doctor’s advice and committed to getting in shape. I cut out alcohol, “bad” carbs, added sugars, and processed foods. I started working out daily and prioritizing better sleep.
Three weeks ago, I had new bloodwork done, and the results were life-changing: my doctor took me off blood pressure medication, and all my numbers are drastically improving.
Some days are tough—my workouts leave me sore, and it’s challenging to be around social settings with partying—but I’m adapting.
The quality of life improvements make every challenge worth it!
Unexpected Wins
My blood pressure is down 32 points (now 118/80), and I’m officially off all blood pressure meds.
I’ve gone from moderate-to-heavy drinking to completely quitting alcohol.
My sleep apnea and snoring have disappeared—my wife confirmed this about three weeks ago!
