My Journey So Far:
6.5 months ago, I made a commitment to my health—and it’s been life-changing.
I’ve lost 60 pounds, completely transformed my habits, and seen massive improvements in my overall well-being.
At my last update, I shared that I was off blood pressure meds, had quit alcohol, and drastically improved my sleep. Now, as I approach my goal weight, I’m shifting my focus to building muscle, getting stronger, and optimizing my body composition.The journey hasn’t been without challenges, but the rewards have been worth every bit of effort. I feel stronger, more energized, and healthier than ever.

New Wins & Progress:
Maintaining my weight loss while focusing on muscle gain. Workouts are getting more intense—pushing for strength & endurance. Still alcohol-free, still sleeping great, and still loving the process!
A huge thank you to Emerge—choosing them has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. This is just the beginning of my next phase!
