I have been on this weight loss journey for only 7 weeks and the results are definitely noticeable! I am averaging a weight loss of 2 lbs per week.
My biggest Non Scale Victory is that I ONLY eat when I am hungry! I have also had way more will power to stay away from sweets!
There are foods that I would go for and I no longer have an interest in them.
This is a crazy but delightful journey that I am on!
