Almost at Goal: Health Improvements that Changed My Life


I'm not quite at maintenance yet, but I’m almost at my goal!

I started in February at 180 pounds, and I’m currently 115!

I don’t have many full-body pictures, but during a recent trip to the zoo, I started comparing photos, and now I see it.

 

The transformation is real. It’s not just about the numbers on the scale—it’s about how I feel, inside and out.


Health Improvements

One of the most incredible parts of this journey has been the health improvements. I had terrible inflammation and joint pain that used to slow me down, but that’s greatly improved now.

What surprised me the most was how my perimenopause symptoms have also improved.



At 55 years old, I feel better than I have in years.





Reflecting on the Journey

Looking back, it’s amazing to see how far I’ve come since February. Sometimes, we don’t realize the changes as they’re happening, but moments like that remind me of the progress I’ve made.


The transformation might take time, but it’s so worth it when you finally see it. 💚
