I can proudly say I’m down 40 pounds now!
This transformation has been slow and steady, but every step is one worth celebrating.🎉
My starting weight was 340 pounds, and my goal is to reach somewhere between 160 and 180. I know I’ll get there—with patience, consistency, and self-love.
I’m focusing on high-protein meals, staying hydrated, and making movement a natural part of my day with walking. Supplements and fiber are part of my routine, but so is giving myself grace.
This isn’t about making myself miserable or denying joy—it’s about embracing the process and enjoying the journey.
I’m grateful every single day to be on this path.
